This Round shape is made of non-skid rubber backing that prevents the mouse pad from sliding and moving. The edges are expertly glued using Super Acrylic Glue which softens the surface and bonds two pieces into one. Our Mouse Pad has different choices of Shapes, Sizes and Thicknesses. How can I customize my order on your website?

You only have to follow 5 easy steps to get your order customized. 1. Choose your desired mouse pad shape. 2. Select mouse pad size and quantity. 3. Select the mouse pad thickness. 4. Select the mouse pad material. Cloth or plastic. 5. Customize your mouse pad. You have an option to upload your artwork. Click "Browse"", it will route you to your files to select your favorite picture or you can select "Email my Artwork Later" from the drop-down menu if the image is not available yet. It will let you continue with the order without an attachment. You can send the file at sales@mousepadsnow.com once your artwork becomes available. *Please remember that your image needs to have a good resolution. The higher, the better. The preferred file format is .ai or .pdf, if the mentioned format is not available, it can be anything as long as the resolution is at least 1000 x 1000.

Can I see the proof first before I pay?

Certainly! Customer satisfaction is our ultimate goal. To achieve total customer satisfaction, we will do our best to understand our customer's requirements and meet those specifications at all times. You can send your artwork at sales@mousepadsnow.com. The proof will be sent to you within an hour. We can make changes or adjustments until you are satisfied enough and ready to place your order.

How do I check the status of my order?

Upon approving the proof, it takes 5 - 7 business days to have your order processed. Our fulfillment team will pack and ship your goods as soon as possible. You will receive your tracking number the moment that it has been shipped. You may also reach out to us thru phones, emails, and chats to find the real-time update of your shipment.

What does production time mean?

Production time refers to the period it takes to make your mouse pad order in our production facility. The time is based on business days, Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.

What is the turn around time for orders?

It takes 5-7 business days upon approving the proof to get your order delivered to your doorstep.

What happens if there is a mistake on my order?

When an error has been confirmed made by our production staff, we will process the remake exactly as how you originally requested minus any errors that we made.

Will I see the proof before my order goes into production?

Yes! We will always send a proof on the email address on file to approve it. You can reject the proof if you are not satisfied with it and submit special instructions or complete details on how we can make it right. The production will only resume once you approve the proof.

How long should I wait to get a refund?

The standard turn around time in receiving your refund is 7-10 business days. It is processed immediately but the financial institution may hold the fund for a couple of days before it's officially posted.

Can I return the product and get a full refund if I’m not satisfied with the finished product?

No. This is the reason why we are sending you proofs for your approval before we start the production. Approving the proof means that you agree with the design, colors, textures, etc. Where do I send my artwork? Simply upload it on our website and attach it to your order and we’ll take it from there. You can also select "Email my Artwork" from a dropdown menu if the image is not available yet and send it to sales@mousepadsnow.com.

Is it OK to use copyrighted or licensed material for my mouse pad?

We do not knowingly reproduce copyrighted material and will not accept liability for such infringement when reproducing orders. You are solely responsible for ensuring the artwork you submit does not infringe on property rights by obtaining proper permission for the reproduction of logos, trademarks, and copyrighted material.

Can I use multiple artwork designs for my mouse pad orders?

Yes, absolutely! Feel free to upload as many as you’d like or you can also email us your designs.
